Acopos 1022 - HMI states "lag error stop limit exceeded"

Hello Everyone,

My name is Thor.

I have a machine from Germany made around 2006 which is using aa Acopos 1022 drive to operate a paper cutting knife. There is an HMI installed. When running the machine, the paper cutting knife cannot make it through the paper and an error shows up on the HMI. There's no error on the drive.

The error is: Lag error stop limit exceeded

I want to know if it is possible to connect to the drive with a computer and see if I can make adjustments to correct this error.
