Overspeed alarms aren't uncommon. I have had this pop up when I have bad resolver wiring. My experience hasn't always been a bad resolver, more often I've had bad resolver wiring.

This is nuts, I am back where I started at Ground Fault 13. Getting frustrated with the Powerflex alarms

Looking for some good details on Allen Bradley Power Flex alarms, actually faults or alarms, I'm not sure of the difference exactly, but I'm getting a Ground Fault 13, am I looking at the drive being ground faulted? or the motor?

Good idea on the parts classifieds. However I see want ads being more popular than selling ads just because of exposure. If you look at Ebay, they've got a ridiculous number of users. It seems worth paying for the Ebay ads if you have a better chance of selling.

I would guess that if a screwdriver was rated as an electrician screwdriver, it has probably been tested for its insulation. (You just might snap off the tip the first time you use it!)

Nothing is free, it seems like free PLC software is usually coupled with cheap hardware that is prone to failure. Allen Bradley at least offers reliability.
