Here you go, I snapped a picture of this one to help on the electrical side, it's called Electrician's Troubleshooting and Testing Pocket Guide.

I have this book for maintenance technicians in my tool box and I actually have referred to it for a few things along the way. Obviously it is a book for electrical troubleshooting of single components and small electronic systems. It is easy to get through the procedures because it is written for novice technicians.

Air valves can definitely cause noise in your system. As for explaining why it is happening now but hasn't happened in the past is out of my area of expertise. Check for loose wires maybe?

Mechanical and More / Numatic Air Valve Wiring?
November 21, 2015, 03:55:AM
If you are familiar with Numatic air valves, maybe you've seen this before. I purchased 3 Numatic 353 valve with 120V coils. When you open the terminal box to make the connections, there are three wires: red, white, and lack. The terminal strip is marked +12 and +14 on the red and black. Any ideas why?

I double checked the part number and it is a 120V coil. Looking for an quick explanation.

I look for speed and simplicity when I am using a multi-meter. My vote goes with the digital VOM, I think it is one of the best inventions in the history of industrial maintenance.
