What does E22 Mean on Hitachi SJ200?Looking for some help with some Hitachi SJ200 Errors. I'm not sure if you call these errors, faults, or alarms but I can use some detailed info and troubleshooting suggestions.

Means: CPU Fault / CPU Error
Possible Cause: Built-in CPU had an internal error. (This is similar to the E11 alarm.)
