What is Encoder 1 Fault Alarm on a Parker AC Drive?

What is Parker ENCODER 1 FAULT alarm mean on a Parker AC drive? I'm looking for a simple explanation as to what Low Speed Over I means.

And how do you clear the encoder 1 fault from a Parker AC drive?

The troubleshooting guide says: The Error input on the Encoder TB is in the Error state.

So I think clearing the encoder 1 fault becomes a matter of verifying the encoder and the encoder wiring, specifically near the connector which is the most common place to find wiring problems.
