The troubleshooting guide says: The drive internal dc link voltage is too high. or the supply voltage is too high, or trying to decelerate a large inertia load too quickly, or the brake resistor is open circuit.
To clear the overvoltage alarm you'll need to use your voltmeter to locate the source of the excessive voltage.
