What is Fanuc SP9009 Alarm?

Looking for some better info on this servo fault and some other Fanuc servo alarms.  Any Fanuc technicians have details or a straightforward, simple explanation for the SP9009 alarm?

SSPA:09 OVERHEAT MAIN CIRCUIT

1 Improve the heat sink cooling status.

2 If the external radiator cooling fan stops, replace the Spindle Amplifier. The temperature in the power semiconductor cooling radiator is abnormally high.
