What is Fanuc SP9002 Alarm?

Looking for some better info on this servo fault and some other Fanuc servo alarms.  Any Fanuc technicians have details or a straightforward, simple explanation for the SP9002 alarm?

What is Fanuc SP9002 Alarm?

SSPA:02 EX DEVIATION SPEED

1 Check and correct the cutting conditions to decrease the load.

2 Correct parameter No. 4082. The motor speed cannot follow a specified speed. An excessive motor load torque is
detected. The acceleration/deceleration time in parameter No. 4082 is insufficient.
