What is Fanuc SV0003 Alarm?

Looking for some better info on this servo fault and some other Fanuc servo alarms.  Any Fanuc maintenance technicians have details or a good, simple explanation for the SV0003 alarm?

What is Fanuc SV0003 Alarm?

SYNCHRONOUS/COMPOSITE/SUPERIMPOSED CONTROL MODE CAN'T BE CONTINUED

Since as axis in synchronization, composite, or superimposed mode caused a servo alarm, the mode could not be  continued, If one of the axes in a mode causes a servo alarm, all axes relating to the axis enter the servo-off
state. This alarm is generated to enable the cause of the servo-off state to be checked.
